WHOLESALE BUYERS
Greetings, floral designers and wholesale buyers! The Southern Kentucky Floral Exchange is a proud member of the Rooted Farmers network. We post our weekly availability there, and shopping through Rooted Farmers allows our designers to place their orders online, in real time. There is no cost for you to become a member!
On Rooted, designers have access to one-stop online shopping across multiple farms simultaneously, or you can choose to shop only from a specific farm if that is your preference. You are able to search for specific flowers, search by color, or search by design element. Orders are paid for on delivery or pickup, as specified at the time of order.
Ready to start buying our gorgeous flowers? All you have to do is apply here: https://www.rootedfarmers.com/onboarding/?application=wholesale-buyer
(Note – it helps if you have your reseller certificate handy).
We are a collective of 26 member farms located in South Central Kentucky working together to provide exceptional locally grown specialty cut flowers to florists and designers in our region.
Florists and Designers can use our online pre-order system through Rooted Farmers to order flowers for their shop or upcoming events. The pre-order window starts at 8 AM on Monday and closes at 8 PM on Friday for delivery or pickup the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
We are now offering an in-person shopping experience!

Meet The Team
-
Emily has a design and horticulture degree from Eastern Kentucky University and is co-owner of Freida T's Flower Farm. Emily is the creative spirit behind the SOKY Floral Exchange and ensures that our products meet the highest standards for our clients. She is also a regular face for many of our florists, as she can be found driving our van during most deliveries.
-
Jennifer has a Strategic Communications degree from the University of Kentucky and has a background working in communications, programing and fundraising in the non-profit industry. Our Values
We are a collective of over 20 (primarily women owned) small farms and businesses, working together to provide a great selection of locally grown floral products to designers and flower enthusiasts.
Flowers for All.
We DO NOT tolerate discrimination and enjoy sharing our flowers with ALL!
Our team is our most valuable Resource.
Farming is hard. There are no better words to describe it. We strive to promote health and happiness, profits and prosperity and we know the value of the hard work that is put in to grow, harvest and sell our perishable products.
Exceptional quality, every time.
Our goal is 110%+ customer satisfaction with every stem.
