We are excited for the opening of our new store located at

348 College Street Unit 120, Bowling Green, KY 42101 this spring.

 

What positions are available?

• Part-time customer service / sales representatives for the store. 

• Part-time delivery driver to help us deliver happiness to our customers.

 

Who should apply?

If you are interested in the floral, horticulture or agriculture industry and possess the following qualities, we would love to hear from you!

•    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 
•    Applicant should have an interest in locally grown flowers, horticulture, and/or sustainable agriculture.
•    Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for customer service. 
•    Ability to handle client inquiries with professionalism and warmth. 
•    Ability to stand for long periods of time. 
•    Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move buckets, displays, etc. as needed. 
•    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable form of transportation
•    Ability to drive a personal vehicle for deliveries if the company delivery van is unavailable. Mileage reimbursement will be provided as applicable.
•    Must have adequate personal car insurance coverage to meet company requirements.
•    Must be available for early morning shifts (as early as 5 am occasionally).

I have applied - When should I expect to hear back?

We anticipate the store to open in March 2025 and we are currently accepting applicants for both positions until February 24th for our spring hiring. We will follow up with any applicants within 72 hours of receiving an emailed qualifying resume and cover letter to schedule an interview.
